To start this holiday off right, I am hosting this first ever giveaway on my blog. *applause* When I attended the AWBU Conference a couple weeks ago, every attendee was offered a free pair of cowgirl boots to wear and review. "Free boots?" I asked. "Sign me up!"So Country Outfitter, a retailer of Justin boots, gave me these Justin Mustang Cowhide boots and taught me how to dance a jig in them. (I am not likely to dance said jig anywhere in public.) I just love these boots! I can't tell you how long I've wanted a pair of real cowgirl boots. I considered cheapo knock-off boots a time or two, but I am a country girl through and through and there's just nothing quite like the real thing. Country Outfitter not only gave me a great opportunity to take home a pair, but also to offer YOU a chance to win boots of your own by way of $150 gift card. It's a win/win situation.

I entered my email address and I follow you through GFC and Facebook already, so that was easy enough! :) As for why I'd like some cowgirl boots-I've never owned a pair in my life! I never thought it was my style. But lately, my style has been changing a lot and the once feared idea of being caught in cowgirl boots now seems really fun and cute. It's ironic that you post for a giveaway when I've been chatting with the husband recently about my newest obsessions and asking him why I never thought of this stuff before. ha!

So I signed up for the emails, and I would love to win these boots because I live in Kentucky where horseback riding is a favorite sport and I am its biggest fan...there is something very soothing and empowering at the same time in spending time alone in the prairie while riding my Bella.
